I took my clothes in for cleaning & alterations. I requested the piling on my sweater be removed. It was all completed to my satisfaction. I had one pair of pants that was missing a button which I’d figure I’d fix myself. They came back fixed. The above & beyond customer service I TOTALLY appreciate & is something I’ll willing pay for every time. The counter person, Millie, was wonderful! Friend and positive with a smile!

I was going to use another cleaners this time recommend to me. I couldn’t get them to answer the phone for a quote on how much they were going to charge for my item. So I came back and used In The Bag Cleaners.

The person working the counter was very friendly and helpful. I don't have much experience with using a dry cleaning service and she answered all my questions with patience and kindness. They did a great job cleaning my child's JROTC uniform and I found the prices to be very reasonable. I also liked that I was able to track the progress of my order online with the link that was sent to me in my email.

I took my wedding dress here, it was so dirty. Had mud and spray tan all over and it looks brand new now! Can’t thank them enough!

You will never find a place that cares more about customers than this place, the staff is incredibly friendly, the sign on the door offers free dry cleaning to homeless in need of a job. You can try to find a better place but I promise you won’t.

In The Bag Cleaners, Central y Edgemoor did a great and quick job dry cleaning my daughters Letter jacket from Southeast. She lives in FL now and wanted to send it to her. Very pleased with the cleaning and quickness.

Great customer service. The kind gent even helped me carry all of my items to my car. Get on their mailing list/because they have promo codes all the time. Clothing is always perfect when I pick up.
